Website operator and reseller relationship

Bloom Software Service LLC operates this website on behalf of AlignSalesPros. Bloom provides the website and inquiry-management software. The client reseller handles its offers, customer inquiries and sales activities. AT&T does not operate this website.

The Bloom Platform Terms of Service describe Bloom’s software services for its business customers. These site-specific terms explain the consumer website and availability-request experience; visiting this site does not create a paid Bloom software subscription or make you a reseller or lead-marketplace participant.

Availability information is not an order

Internet service availability, available plans, speeds, prices, installation and eligibility depend on the service address and the provider’s current requirements. The inquiry form does not verify those matters or represent a particular promotional price.

A submitted availability inquiry is a request for information and follow-up. It does not guarantee service, approve credit, reserve equipment or an installation date, or create a purchase obligation. Any order requires a separate ordering process and the applicable provider’s service agreement and disclosures.

Using the form

Use sample details if the form is marked “Preview.” For an actual inquiry, provide accurate information and only contact details you are authorized to use. Do not submit payment information, passwords, government identifiers or another person’s private information without authority.

The request-contact choice and optional marketing choice are separate. Declining optional email offers does not prevent an availability request or purchase. The form records your request-contact choice and optional email-offers choice separately. It does not authorize promotional text messages, automated marketing calls or call recording. Acceptable use

Do not use this website to impersonate others, submit abusive or fraudulent requests, probe or bypass security controls, introduce malicious software or interfere with other visitors. Do not assume that a feature elsewhere in the Bloom platform is available through this website.

AT&T, the AT&T logo and AT&T Fiber are trademarks of AT&T Intellectual Property. Their appearance identifies the service being discussed; it does not mean AT&T operates this site. Other content and software belong to their respective owners.

Links to Bloom’s policies provide information about its platform services. The site does not copy or replace AT&T’s service contract or privacy policy. If you later proceed to a carrier or another service, review the terms and privacy information provided for that service.

For privacy or contact preferences, use the same address and identify the website and inquiry. This does not send anything automatically; your email application opens only if you select the link.

The website and these site-specific terms may be updated as the service becomes available. These terms do not add an arbitration requirement, a new governing-law clause, a service guarantee or a waiver of rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
